The head office of the School for Harvest and Ministry is located in the Netherlands (Zwijndrecht). The School for Harvest and Ministry is part of Nehemia Ministries. The founding father and chairman of the College is senior pastor Bert de Haan. The Director is pastor Dick Pieterman. The Assistant Director is brother Richard Wilbrink and sister Jeanet Hertsenberg.
The School for Harvest and Ministry Kenya works under the direct responsibility of The Head Office in the Netherlands. In Kenya the Chairman of the Board of the College is bishop Patrick Wachieye. The Director is pastor David Waluklu and the Assistant Director is pastor Martin Mwambu. Dean of the students is pastor Moses Wanjala. Bishop Alex Wabwile is Board member/treasurer.
All the subjects are taught by a team of Spirit filled and experienced men and woman: Pastor Michael Wafula, Rev. Samuel Wafula, Rev. Leonard Wafula, Pastor Martin Mwambu, Bishop Patrick Wachiye, Pastor Moses Wanjala, Pastor David and Selina Walukhu, Pastor David Kakai and Rev. Emanuel Wakhungila.
